Established in 2006, Green from the Galilee "Yarok MehaGalil" specializes in manufacturing frozen garlic and herbs, while preserving their freshness, flavor and quality. All products are grown in the Galilee region, Northern Israel, and are healthy and nutritious.
To ensure freshness and quality, all Green from the Galilee products are washed, sterilized, packaged and frozen as quickly as possible from the time of harvesting. This is why our products taste so fresh; you will feel as if you have just picked them from your garden.
The Galilee region is perfect for growing garlic and herbs; the soil is rich in vitamins and minerals which are essential to a person’s health. Also, the climate is ideal for growing quality products.
What makes Green from the Galilee so special?
Choose from our wide variety of garlic and herb cubes, including: basil, parsley, cilantro, dill, ginger, chili and onion. Products are sold in a frozen form, ready-to use cubes; in trays of 16 cubes per unit (Frozen garlic is also available in jars.)
